Arli-Dazzle Christmas Market Details & Rules

  • Location: The Parking Lot of Arlington United Methodist Church (1 block from the Arli-Dazzle Main Street Activities) 303 W. Alden St, Arlington.  
  • Set will begin at 10am with the sale running from Noon-5:30 pm
  • Booth Space is 10x10.  Vendors can purchase more than one booth
  • Cost: $25 per booth to be paid at time of registration
  • A tent is required for all vendors.  Sides are encouraged for weather protection
  • Vendors are responsible for their own power, table, chairs
  • Christmas decorations are required, and lights are encouraged
  • No direct sales.  All products must be hand crafted/homemade
  • Baked & canned vendors need to provide their license & complete signage at their booth
  • No refunds will be provided with the except of an immediate family emergency
  • Booths cannot be sold to other vendors
  • Porta-potties will be available.  The church will not be open
  • Vendors are required to stay until our 5:30 close
  • In the past, the Arli-Dazzle parade has brought 10,000 people to town.  The majority coming in the two hours prior to the start of the parade at 5:30.  Plan accordingly.

  • In the event of weather related cancellation, the alternative day is: Sunday, December 3rd.  Set up will begin at 11:15 am and the sale will be from 1-5:30 pm.
  • Spaces will fill up fast!  Register early!
